about me

Hi, I'm Carola!
I was born and raised in Sicily, where I started working at 14 to help my family. Every summer, I worked alongside my mom – long hours, no contracts, no rest. I saw what burnout looked like up close, and I promised myself I’d never end up like this.

At 18, I moved to the Netherlands to study International Business I believed in the “study hard, get a good job” dream – until I entered the 9–5 world and felt the same burnout I grew up watching. I felt trapped. Tired. Unfulfilled.

I kept thinking: is this really it? Is this how my life is going to look like for the next +40 years?

That’s when I found Flow – and the possibility of something more. Freedom. Flexibility. Purpose. I started building my own online business, working from anywhere, and finally creating a life on my terms.

I love to describe myself as a fearless passionate & empowering business owner...but the reality is that I'm just a normal human being like you, with a big willingness to create an impact in the world.

Before starting my own business I've worked 7 years as a waitress until my body (and mind) couldn't handle the pressure of a life that was making feel everything but...ALIVE!

I'm a huge travel lover and I began to build my social media business in July 2021, from scratch, going all-in without any previous experience.
